Time for the chop (1 of 2)

Wanting to get rid of the tacky plastic chopping board and (near knackered) set of knives I’ve been using since the start of Uni I’ve been hunting around for a top quality set to invest in along with a good looking chopping board to prop up against the back drop of our kitchen.

The Knife

Hunting around I hear really good things about Kin knives; sharp and well balanced they’ve an accolade of Master Chef winners, Head and Michelin Star chefs singing their praises. Associated with quality and individualism, the Suffolk based family run business imports the layered steel blades from individual craftsman.

Their elegant handles and the general overall look of these Japanese blades makes them a winner.
